Her-AI is a new after-school outreach initiative from The University of Oxford, designed to inspire and equip girls years 9-11 from diverse backgrounds to explore pathways into artificial intelligence (AI) and computer science.

Sponsored by the University of Oxford and the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC), the programme combines hands-on workshops, mentorship from Oxford students and researchers, and immersive experience days in Oxford.

Our goal is to increase diversity in AI by sparking curiosity, building confidence, and providing role models who reflect the wide range of backgrounds that lead to success in higher education and technology. This program is completely free, offering custom curriculums, hands on workshops, and immersive experience days at the University of Oxford.
